This collection is of 11 pieces created and recorded in my home studio and some with the help of Steve Hall at Hallmark Studios, Carnaby Street, between 1976 and 1983. They use piano, keyboards and electronic sounds, and tape effects. The recording quality does vary, but these pieces I feel have a very interesting feel, quite spacey, with techniques that were quite ahead of their time.........this is UFOport, created at home in 1982 from filter sweep sounds on the VCS3 synth, then multi-tracked and fed through a varispeed tape machine built for me by John Dyus which enabled me to play recordings at many different precisely controlled speeds so that I could make drones that glide gently between notes in a chord. time: 8' 01"
